Description Exterior Description: The avenue of cypress trees (dirt road for about 600m) leads to the property, which is immersed in a large park with cultivated olive trees and is surrounded by a extensive field that has a charming view and total privacy. It has been thoroughly restored, creating perfect harmony between its modern comforts and original feel. Interior Description: The villa is set on two levels, and in addition there are many charming external areas that are ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners. The main entrance is on the ground floor. Here you find : the large lounge with fireplace, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The laundry area completes the ground floor. Upstairs you find a lounge, the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and walk-in wardrobe. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, two additional double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and two bathrooms with shower. Opposite the main entrance is an annexe with a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
