On the ground floor is the Living room with dining area with fireplace, and an equipped covered loggia; the kitchen and the bathroom with shower/sauna are on the mezzanine floor. On the first level is the night area consisting of the master bedroom and a twin bedded room. Facilities Satellite TV, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, telephone, baby-bed. Enclosed and equipped garden, swimming pool (8x4), parking. Note: The property borders on one side and a part of the garden with "Casa Terrazza Vicchio" which is about 30 m away.
