Short Description Villa Talamone is a spectacular seaside villa in Tuscany on the top of a cliff overlooking the sea. Originally built as a fortress against the Saracen invasions, it has been recently restored as an extraordinary luxury home for a truly unforgettable vacation. Description Internal Description: The first floor living room has access to a terrace that serves on one side as a dining area, and on the other as a sun terrace equipped with deckchairs. The 180° view from here is breathtaking; Mount Argentario, Porto S. Stefano, the medieval town of Talamone, and Uccellina Natural Park. Looking out on to the sea are the islands of Giannutri, Giglio and Montecristo, with its famous marine park. This idyllic location also offers its own independent walking trail that leads to the sea and also to the property`s private deck, which doubles as a perfect sunbathing spot and private dock. As you enter you will find a spacious lobby with fireplace, serving also as a dining area, at the ground floor: a twin and a double bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub). A corridor leads to a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and a third bedroom (double) with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On this floor there is also a small staircase that leads to the watchtower; here you find a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, and further up the stairs a sitting room, and also a bathroom with shower. French windows open onto a small terrace. At the first floor: large lounge with fireplace, furnished with lounge chairs and couches. In the same room there is a dining area with a beautiful antique dining table that sits 8. Villa Talamone has infact recently been selected as the location for the shooting of the latest James Bond film "Quantum of Solace".
