On the ground floor is the main entrance, a large sitting room with a fireplace, a dining room, the kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom of travertine from Rapolano. A stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, each with private bathroom, facing onto the garden. The antique furniture and family pictures furnish the interior spaces endowing the place with the charm of ancient villas. The villa, with its own central heating, all modern comforts and a private swimming pool, can be lived in all the year round. A porch with wooden trusses around the swimming pool gives the place the atmosphere of ancient countryside springs. Ground floor: galleria, camera matrimoniale verde con bagno e doccia, camera matrimoniale gialla con bagno, camera matrimoniale azzurra con bagno e doccia.
