Short Description Villa La Quercia is a Chianti villa in Impruneta dating back to the 15th Century, sleeping up to 10 people. It is surrounded by a big park with vineyards and olive trees, and it has a private swimming pool and various parking slots. Description A patio in old “cotto” and a splendid loggia, great for outdoor lunches and dinners, introduce the ground floor of the apartment that consists of a comfortable living-room with fireplace, the dining-room and the nice old style kitchen with vault ceilings and ancient stove in old cotto. From the kitchen, a few steps lead to an independent mini-apartment, with bedroom bathroom and corner kitchen. On the second level are two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with bath-tub and the master bedroom with a connecting room for the wardrobe, and en suite bathroom with bath-tub in marble and shower. On the small tower of the house is a small bedroom with an old mullion window. On reuqest the owner will prepare the pull out sofa located on the ground floor near the entrance door, this room has a bathroom en suite with shower.
