Large apartment with terrace in Florence

LOCATION:
Apartment located in the heart of Florence just round the corner from the Duomo. The area is limited to certain vehicles, and therefore we advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity. The Duomo neighbourhood is rich with restaurants, shops “botteghe”, museums and other premises typical to the historical centre of Florence. The market of San Lorenzo is a stone’s throw away. You can easily reach the Piazza Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza Santa Croce. It is also possible to make excursions outside Tuscany: Siena only 70km away, Lucca 80 km, Pisa 95 Km.

EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
This holiday home is found on the third floor with elevator (20 steps to the apartment) and it is very bright. The private terrace of 12 square meters offers a wonderful and unique panorama over the historic centre of Florence. The apartment is very bright. Given the luxury interiors and high standard of the apartment we do not recommend this apartment to students.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
The apartment has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and it can accomodate 10 people. The apartment is on two levels: as you enter, you will find: the entrance, the living room with dining area and access to the panoramic terrace, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area next to the kitchen, the first double bedroom (queen size bed) with bathroom en suite with shower, the second twin bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower, the master bedroom with closet and en suite bathroom with shower. The twin and the master have a wonderful view on the Duomo. After few steps the fourth bathroom with shower and upstairs in the tower the panoramic twin bedroom. Two single pull out sofa can be prepared upon request.
