The apartment is situated in one of the most touristic quarters of the historic centre of Florence, Oltrarno (on the left side of the river Arno) and only 3 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, among the most famous monuments in Tuscany . The area is restricted to traffic of non resident citizence, we therefore suggest that you leave your cars in the nearby garages. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants and shops to satisfy any taste. Through the typically narrow streets of the medieval core of town, you can easily reach the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Signoria, Piazza Duomo, Piazza Pitti. Daytrips to Siena (70km), Lucca (80 km), Pisa (95 km) are really easy to organize due to their closeness to Florence.

The apartment is located on the first floor, inside the antique Palazzo dei Tempi, dating back from the XVI century and completely restored under the strict ordinance of the “Sovrintendenza delle Belle Arti” (Fine Arts Commission). The splendid stone façade with its “bugnato” (stone in relief) is considered a classic example of late Medieval Florentine art and is preserved as an historical monument. After a complete and accurate restyling the flat maintains its beautiful Medici’s frescoes joint at details in furnishing that bring you in an evocative and suggestive atmosphere. This elegant house vacation contains two double bedrooms and one suite which is completely frescoed and it has a beautiful view on Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi, all the rooms are air conditioned, a large living room whit fireplace (not working), dining room , fully equipped kitchen, and laundry area, an elegant and frescoed meeting room. To complete this beautiful apartment there are two bathrooms, both of them with large showers, one of them with Jacuzzi. Outside there is a courtyard area, offering guests the luxury of private three cars parking.
